Rowara is a small village of 4280 hectares in Sheoganj Tehsil in Sirohi district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rowara depends on SHEOGANJ, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 175.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Rowara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rowara's pin code is 307028[4], and village code is 02342700. The area of Rowara is segregated as 300 hectares irrigated area, 328 hectares unirrigated, the 105 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 956.62 hectare area not available for cultivation.
