Gold IRA
Red Rock Secured most popular precious metals product is the Gold IRA (Individual Retirement Account). A Gold IRA is invested in gold coins, bullion, or bars instead of mutual funds, stocks, and other investment vehicles.[1] A Gold IRA is real physical gold or other precious metals. This real physical asset that the investor owns cannot be manipulated by world events or diluted by a central bank printing more of it at will.
Many believe the primary reason to own physical gold or other precious metals as a strategy to diversify one’s portfolio is that precious metals are inversely correlated to the stock market.[2] Historically when the stock market crashes or there is other uncertainty in the world gold and other precious metals retain their value or appreciate in value.[3]
