Ramzi Najjar, born (25 July 1978) is a Lebanese serial entrepreneur, investor, and author.[1][2] He is the founder of three companies, Securita, Securita Re, and Ammen Online. Securita is an Insurance Brokerage & Consultancy firm, Securita Re a reinsurance firm, and Ammen Online a mobile application for online motor and travel insurance. Najjar has almost two decade’s experience as an entrepreneur and is considered one of the leading corporate directors in the industry.
Najjar is best known for his bestselling, award-winning book - The YOU beyond you.[3] He is the recipient of the Literary Titan Silver Award for best book and Pinnacle book Achievement Award for best mind, body, and spirit book.[4][5][6][7][8][9]
Early life and education
Najjar was born on July 25, 1978, in Beirut, Lebanon to Rafic Najjar and Nabila Rassamny. He grew up with his brother Rabih Najjar. He completed his college education at Louise Wegmann College.
Later, Najjar went to the American University of Beirut in 1997, where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration.
Career
Najjar started his professional career in 2002. In 2012 he founded Securita, a leading insurance firm headquartered in Kuwait with operations in the Middle East and across the Gulf region. Securita specializes in insurance consultancy and risk management services.[10]
In 2018, Najjar founded Securita Re, a sister firm of Securita, that specializes in reinsurance broking and consultancy.
A year later, in 2019, Najjar became a partner at Libonsai, the first Botanical Garden, Green Museum, and Bonsai Cedar Reserve in Lebanon. In the same year, Najjar established AmmenOnline, a platform that offers direct motor insurance coverage.[11]
Najjar, in 2020, released his debut book - The YOU beyond you, a self-help book for the 21st-century people. In a short period of time, Najjar’s book became highly acclaimed and became a bestseller, won a multitude of awards.[12][13] In 2021 Najjar launched his second book "The Ultimate Human Secrets" as further elaboration on the dynamics discussed in his first book.

Najjar has a daughter named Vanessa Najjar. He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
