Narasimhanayak Raju Gowda (Born 27th Dec 1978) Is an Bharatiya Janata Party, Karnataka|Indian Politician[1] who is Current President Of Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board[2] from 2020 to Present. He is 3rd time Current Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Shorapur (Karnataka Assembly constituency)|Shorapur Constituency from 2018 till to Present. He is a Member Of Bharatiya Janata Party[3] and He was Cabinet Minister(Karantaka State Small Industry Development) of Government of Karnataka|Governament Of Karnataka from 2011 to 2013. Political Career

Raju Gowda is 3rd time Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Shorapur Constituency. His Political Career Starts at age 21 (year 2000) becoming ZP(Zilla Panchayat) member. Later at age 25 for the first time he became legislator of Shorapur in 2004 competing against Venkatappa Nayak.

  • 2004 - 1st time Winning MLA election from Shorapur against Venkatappa Nayaka
  • 2008 - 2nd time Winning MLA election from Shorapur against Venkatappa Nayaka
  • 2011 - He was Karnataka Cabinet Minister( Karnataka State Small Industry Development)
  • 2013 - He Lost MLA election from Shorapur to Venkatappa Nayak
  • 2016 - He was President of Karnataka State BJP ST Morcha for 4 Years
  • 2018 - 3rd time Winning MLA Election from Shhorapur against Venkatappa Nayaka[11]
  • 2020 - He is president of Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board from 2020 to Present[2]
  • Present - He is the current Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly[12]
