Rajitha Vanga is an Indian educator, author and life coach. She previously worked as an anatomy professor and later founded RV Life Coaching, a personal-development practice focused on mindset, emotional resilience and manifestation. She describes her approach as "Neuro-Manifestation", which combines concepts from neuroscience and psychology with neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and manifestation practices.[1]
Career
Vanga trained in human anatomy and subsequently pursued an academic career in medical education. She taught anatomy to medical students for more than a decade and worked as an associate professor. An institutional document from 2022 lists Rajitha Vanga in the Anatomy department as an assistant professor, while her professional profile identifies her as an associate professor at Annapoorna Medical College and Hospitals in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
The COVID-19 lockdown marked a transition in her professional career. With medical colleges closed, she began recording anatomy lessons for students using online platforms.[2]
RV Life Coaching
Vanga later established RV Life Coaching, through which she conducts workshops, online programmes, live events and coaching activities. The practice initially developed around Telugu-language programmes and subsequently expanded to Tamil-language audiences. The organisation has worked with more than 45,000 people across India, including entrepreneurs, doctors and healthcare workers, students and working women.
She produced 212 anatomy videos during the COVID-19 lockdown as part of her transition into online education.
Neuro-Manifestation
Vanga's coaching work centres on a framework she calls "Neuro-Manifestation". She describes it as a combination of neuroscience, psychology, NLP and manifestation principles intended to address limiting beliefs and emotional resilience.
Vanga has described the framework as an attempt to combine her academic background in anatomy with personal-development and manifestation practices. Her programmes have been delivered through workshops, books, online programmes and live events, with instruction offered in regional Indian languages including Telugu and Tamil.
The approach is also presented in her book Manifest Miracles: A Simple Guide to Your Dream Life, published by Notion Press in 2025. The book is a 120-page self-help work that discusses manifestation, personal development, visualization, affirmations, gratitude and related practices.
Public speaking and events
Vanga has delivered talks and conducted personal-development programmes in India. According to Outlook India, she has given a TEDx talk and has used workshops, live events and educational programmes to reach audiences outside the predominantly English-language personal-development market.
In 2025, Rajitha Vanga participated in the seventh season of Mrs India Pride of Nation, whose international finale was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on 11 December 2025. The Season 7 programme included grooming, leadership, cultural and other activities for contestants from across India. The Colombo finale marked the pageant's first international edition.
In August 2026, she conducted the Quantum Manifestation Summit in Salem, Tamil Nadu. Outlook India reported that the full-day event was conducted in Tamil and attracted close to 200 attendees. The event also included the launch of a coaching-certification programme for members of the RV Life Coaching community.
