Rahul Bhatnagar (born 27 May 1987) is an Indian digital entrepreneur, sales mentor, success coach and a motivational speaker.[1] He is the co-founder of Uprist Service Portal Private Limited and Geekotech. Bhatnagar has created multiple coaching programs, which are available on his website as well as YouTube. Bhatnagar has created over a 1000 online lectures and modules and he even conducts live sessions that advocate positivity and aims at motivating the viewers that helps them transform their lives. With his expertise in the said subject, Bhatnagar has managed to gain massive popularity in the Indian subcontinent, and is on his way to spread his name globally.[2]
Bhatnagar is best known for his appearances on TEDx and Josh Talks. He is the only person who has delivered 50 Toastmasters’ International Speeches on 50 Consecutive Days.[3] Bhatnagar has been featured in several media outlets including Forbes India, Your Story and Red 93.5 FM. He even made a guest appearance on a reality show on MTV.
Early life and education
Bhatnagar was born and raised in Dehradun. He is the son of Mr. Vinod Kumar Bhatnagar and Mrs. Kamlesh Bhatnagar. Bhatnager attended St. Joseph's Academy and KV F.R.I. Dehradun, and was elected as the head boy in his senior year of High school.
Bhatnagar did his graduation from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies & completed his MBA in Oil & Gas management from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune.
Career
Bhatnagar started his career at an early age when he was 19, when he was selected to work on an assignment for HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited).
Bhatnagar started his first official entrepreneurial venture in 2012, when he co-founded Uprist Service Portal Private Limited along with his brother Saurabh Bhatnagar. This business venture started as a loyalty program that offered cards and discounts on restaurants, salons, grocery, medicine, bakery amongst other services. His team members & Rahul conducted the first edition of one of the biggest youth events of Dehradun named USP The Survivor in 2014.
Bhatnagar has been an integral part of multiple international software launches with his brother Saurabh. They are known for conducting India's biggest transformation event named Enrichment Begins Within. The first edition of this event came out in May 2019 in Goa. This event received a positive response with a turnover of over 500 attendees. The second edition was scheduled in May 2020 with over 5,000 expected attendees, which has been postponed because of the pandemic.
Bhatnagar launched Communication Mastery, a program to coach and mentor people in 2018. Ever since then he has been devoted to spreading his expertise in the subject matter that includes Sales strategies, Entrepreneurship guide, Motivational speeches and Communication Skills. His latest Sales MasterClass was launched in 2020, which attracted attention immediately.[4]
Bhatnagar is known for his appearances in several talk shows such as TEDx and Josh, where he speaks about his journey to success and motivated people, filling them with positivity and new found hope. Bhatnagar has conducted over 1000 seminars online and offline, all with the intention to transform lives and guide the budding entrepreneurs by sharing his experience along with several other tips and tricks.[5]
Personal life
Bhatnagar since the very beginning has been inclined towards being a leader. He harnessed the required qualities at a very young age which can be attested with the fact that he assumed the role of a head boy during his high school. Ever since then, he has been leading people to success, bagging over 2 lakh transformation stories.
