Prof. h.c. Rafał Marcin Wasik, MBA (born March 1, 1977, Poland) is a Polish humanitarian leader, transnational diplomat, and visionary of a new generation of intergovernmental humanitarian diplomacy. He serves as the Secretary-General of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation), co-founder of the INTERPOL Center USA, and holds the rank of General Lieutenant IPC. He is a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award – Gold Level, granted on behalf of the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, for outstanding humanitarian and volunteer service.[1]

Early Life and Education

Rafał Marcin Wasik was born in Poland on March 1, 1977. In his youth, he was actively involved in athletics and achieved national recognition as the Silver Medalist of the Polish Junior Athletics Championships (1994). Details about his family, parents, or private life are not publicly disclosed, as he is known for maintaining a clear distinction between his professional and personal spheres.

He graduated in Economics with a specialization in Economics and Management of Organizations from the Higher School of Economics in Białystok (Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna w Białymstoku).

Career and Diplomatic Activity

Since 2017, Wasik has served as the Secretary-General of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation), a transnational intergovernmental organization registered in the State of New Mexico, USA, and operating within the IHRC Alliance structure. Under his leadership, IHRC has implemented global humanitarian, diplomatic, and stabilization missions in regions affected by conflict, including Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Chad, Nigeria, Cambodia, Georgia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

During his tenure, the IHRC Corporation has developed pioneering programs such as:

  • IHRC Peacemaker Force – a transnational mediation and peacekeeping unit operating under international law;
  • IHRC Chaplains Corps – a humanitarian and moral support structure within civil and police protection frameworks;
  • INTERPOL Center USA – a U.S.-registered organization focusing on civil protection, global police cooperation, and crime prevention under the IHRC framework;
  • HT-IHRC Humanitarian Token – an innovative system for tokenizing humanitarian activities and transparent reporting of social impact projects.

Projects and Initiatives

Wasik is the author and coordinator of several international programs, including:

  • Future Africa IHRC – a development initiative addressing agricultural growth and migration prevention across Africa;
  • Future Ukraine IHRC – a socio-economic reconstruction and stabilization program for Ukraine;
  • SPRC HUB – a humanitarian and security buffer project located at the Serbia–Croatia border.

As a diplomat and mediator, he has cooperated with governments and international institutions on peace agreements, humanitarian aid coordination, and infrastructure development.

Publications and Recognitions

Rafał Marcin Wasik is the co-author of the academic book “New Economy System 3.0 – Sustainable Macroeconomics with Green Rendite” (Platzer – Rothschild), where he contributed the chapter “United Nations Organization in the Face of New Challenges”, analyzing international terrorism and the evolution of United Nations law.

In 2025, he received the Bharat Samaan Award in New Delhi, India, for his contribution to humanitarian cooperation and international peacebuilding.

That same year, he was honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Award – Gold Level for his distinguished humanitarian achievements.

Public Engagement

Rafał Marcin Wasik integrates diplomatic and humanitarian leadership, advocating for dialogue, peace, and transnational cooperation. He is known for his guiding motto:
