Rachid Lotf (born October 14, 1984) is a Moroccan independent artist, graphic designer, Youtuber, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Midoli Ltd., a leading smart distribution network known for its developer projects concerning 3D designing, animation, video game development, and others.[1] [2][3]
Lotf is best known for offering designing courses, customized artworks, commission works, and crypto-art. During his career, Lotf has worked with several prolific clients including Playstation, Mega Visions, Nvidia, Evercade, Ikson, LA PYEL, and others.[4]
Lotf has been featured in several media outlets including IGN, Gameinformer, PC Gamer, Game One, jeuxvideo.com, material.net, and others.[5][6]
Early life and education
Lotf was born on 14 October 1984 in Agadir city. His father was a businessman, owner of Pastry Yasmina. Lotf studied at the Youssef Ben Tachfine High School, where he pursued a Plastic Art Diploma.
Lotf grew up with three brothers and a sister named Hassan, Ali, Khalid, and Ghizlane.
Career
Lotf started his career as an animation artist. Soon after discovering his interest, Lotf started graffiti and later delved into visual arts. After learning the ropes, Lotf began silkscreen printing and mobile game design.[7]
Lotf as a concept artist and a graphic designer aims at creating unique digital artworks that have been widely accepted by people worldwide. He offers a vast range of services such as visual arts courses, paper poster creation, customized art, commission work, crypto art, album covers, and others.
Lotf imbibes the nostalgia factor in his art pieces like crafting bedroom illustrations, posters, memorabilia, and games. Lotf’s distinctive style that incorporates pop culture has gained much recognition in the gaming world.[8]
