RICEBALL Entertainment was founded in 2021 by Ryuta Shimba, professionally known as SHINRYU, a Japanese artist, singer-songwriter, music and theatre producer, and business strategist. The company primarily manages the creative outputs of its founder, SHINRYU.[2]
RICEball.inc is committed to celebrating cultures and fostering inclusivity by collaborating with global performance artists. The company has produced culturally-themed shows, original music videos, and performances highlighting the unique beauty of Japan and its artists.[3]
The company's notable collaboration in the "Merry Christmas" project in 2021 brought together SHINRYU with renowned artists, including Oscar-nominated actor Paul Raci and Grammy-nominated electric bassist Mark Corradetti. This collaborative effort extended across borders, involving over 20 singers from around the globe, each contributing to the rendition of the song in their respective mother tongues.
In 2023, RICEball.inc produced and released SHINRYU’s debut album, "INNOCENCE," garnering widespread acclaim from a diverse global audience.
