Praveen Kumar Donepudi (born 25 July 1978) is an Indian entrepreneur, enterprise architect, and co-founder of iMINDS Technology Systems, Inc, which is a leading IT outsourcing firm based in America. Donepudi is a highly acclaimed enterprise architect with over 18 years of experience and is best known for offering services related to client relationship management, SAG portfolio management, strategic architecture, and solution designing.
Donepudi is a widely recognized multi-skilled professional known for creating a $5 million revenue empire with zero investment, iMINDS Technology Systems Inc. iMINDS became the fastest-growing IT staffing company and a service provider in America. iMINDS has worked for a number of prolific clients like American Water, CISCO, Red Hat, Capital One, Northern Trust, UBS, and others.
Apart from that, Donepudi has worked with several MNC's like Covansys, TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant specializing in BFS, retail, health care, life sciences, Hi-tech and utilities, telecommunications, and product development. Early life and education
Donepudi was born in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his high school education from the Don Bosco Public School and later on enrolled in a master’s program at the Bharathidasan University, majoring in computer application.
Career
Donepudi began his career in 2002 when he joined Miracle Software Systems Inc, a services provider, and a software reseller company. He worked as a senior software engineer for over two years with this firm.
After leaving Miracle Software Systems Inc, Donepudi worked as an Associate projects with Covansys for a year before joining Tata Consultancy Services in 2005. He worked for over three years with Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst.
In 2008, Donepudi joined Infosys, a leading Indian MNC as a project manager. After working for over four years with this firm, Donepudi joined Cognizant. He assumed several roles during his seven-year tenure at Cognizant but worked majorly as a senior architect of webMethods Practice and a principal architect of SAG practice.
In 2017, Donepudi launched iMINDS along with his wife, Lakshmi Nallamothu, who is presently the CEO of iMINDS. Donepudi started this venture with zero dollar investment to provide a range of consulting, staffing, and technology services that help transform businesses.[1] iMINDS incorporates the smart infusion of the latest technologies in the industry to offer top-notch services. iMINDS became one of the leading international IT outsourcing services based in America and a Strategic Partner for many of the fortune 100/500 companies including IBM and Microsoft. Personal life
Donepudi is married to Lakshmi Nallamothu, who is the co-founder and CEO of iMINDS. The couple has two daughters together, Shivika and Shanvika, who are eight and four years old. Donepudi is fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
