Pourya Aghdasi (persian:پوریا اقدسی) was born on (15 February 2002) and lives in Karaj-Alborz province which is one of the province in Iran . He is an Iranian Karate player who has been a member of Iran national karate team in different years and ages[1] . He won an Asian Karate Championship Bronze medal which was held in Kazakhstan-Almaty in 2021[2] .
Biography
Pourya Aghdasi started karate when he was 7 years old , Mehdi Ahmadi is his coach who pushed[3] him forward and finally he succeeded to wear the National team jersey at all age groups . Also he got benefit by well-known coaches such as Seyyed Shahram Heravi, Alireza Katiraei, Mehran Behnamfar, Hassan Rouhani to learn karate lessons . In 2019 he became a member of the senior national team and succeeded to get the bronze medal of Asian Karate Championship at the -55 kg category in Kazakhstan-Almaty[4] .
These days he is a member of Iran adult national karate team of at the -60 kg[5] .
Education
Pourya Aghdasi studied physical education in bachelor level and graduated from Tehran University ,currently he is the P.E. student in master level at Tehran University[6] .
