Park Soo-hyun (Korean:박수현; born September 25,1997), professionally known as ADORA , is a South Korean songwriter and record producer. She is an inhouse producer of Big Hit Music.
Early life
In 2011, at age 15, Park Soohyun composed her first song she made thinking about her favorite idol, Highlight (band) formerly known as Beast. The song was a hit among B2UTY back then but the singer remained anonymous.
Career
ADORA later became a trainee under the company Music K Entertainment. She was originally supposed to debut in the girl group The Ark, but didn't end up debuting for unspecified reasons.
2016-2021: Joining BighHt Entertainment
In 2016 BigHit recruited her as the youngest producer from the audition "2016 New Creator". She has produced or helped produce many of Hybe artist's songs and has also done backing vocals for their songs. She is the only known female producer at BigHit Entertainment.[1]
2021: Debut
Adora signed an exclusive contract with Aura Entertainment and debuted on 5th November 2021 as a solo K-pop artist with her self composed song, 'Make U Dance' (ft. Eunha of VIVIZ). She also revealed that she is the 15 year old composer of Beast fan song. With that ADORA made a new version of the fan song after 10 years and presented it to her idols Yang Yo-seob and Son Dong-woon which eventually made them in tears.[2]
