Pace Morby (born February 21, 1983), also known as Subto Storyteller, is an American entrepreneur, real estate investor, business strategist, and influencer.[1] Morby, as of 2022, has acquired over $32 million worth of properties across the United States. He is also the founder of Subto Real Estate Investing, a real estate education program and community that focuses on creative financing solutions and offers training to real estate investors across the United States.[2]
Morby, as a serial entrepreneur and investor, has started and acquired numerous businesses throughout his career and seen them through their success.[3] These include Blue Acorn Group, True Tracking, Creative Funding, AZ Affordable Housing, Making Waves Media, ConstantClose.com, AmericaHomeOffers.com, StartVirtual.com, Title Alliance of Phoenix, BatchDriven.com, and Lucky7Capital.com.
Apart from that, Morby is also a renowned life show host and YouTuber who has amassed over 8 million followers. He is widely recognized for his appearances on Triple Digit Flip, especially for the A&E series.[4] Morby is also the writer of Subto Seller Spells which comprises tips and tricks to succeed in the real estate industry.[5]
Early life
Morby was born on February 21, 1983 in Ogden, Utah. After graduating from Pleasant Grove High School in 2001, he attended Weber State University and Utah State University.
Career
Morby began his career working for a company that did garage floor epoxying. After gaining substantial industry knowledge, he decided to enter the construction industry and start his own venture. Simultaneously, Morby also began working on different projects in order to have multiple income streams. As of 2022, he has completed over 7,000 home renovations as a licensed general contractor and built over 300 new homes with over 500 Fix and Flips. Morby has also undertaken 500 wholesale assignments and completed over 1000+ Creative Finance assignments and purchases.[6]
After applying a unique financial model, Morby decided to help budding entrepreneurs like himself kick start their businesses.[7] He founded Subto, a platform dedicated to providing real estate education and tips, as well as industry best practices. Pace and Jamil spent almost $600,000 on airfare, accommodations, and marketing between 2016 and 2022 to set up successful grassroots gatherings and teach people all around the country for free. Up until now, the platform has trained over 3500 students, helping them learn the ropes of the real estate business.[8]
Apart from that, Morby is also a social media influencer known for his authentic, intriguing, and engaging posts that have resulted in him acquiring a loyal customer base across all channels. He has been featured on a number of podcast shows such as BiggerPockets, Brad Lea Dropping Bombs, Real Estate Disruptors, Wolf of Wall Street, Clint Coons, Brent Daniels, Jerry Norton, and Toby Mathis. He is currently working on two books that focus on Creative Finance, sharing his knowledge as an industry expert.[9]

Personal life
Morby is married to Laura Michelle Morby and they have three children together, a son named Asher Charles Foss and two daughters named Corbin Michelle Morby and Monday Jordan Morby. Morby is fluent in English and Korean.
