Ozone Vision is a company committed to lowering carbon footprint and creating a greener future through technology by decentralizing carbon capture and empowering individuals to assume personal responsibility for their carbon footprint. The firm is renowned for its forthcoming product, Prometheus, the world's first air carbon capture device and miner. The release of the product is scheduled for July 2023.

Overview

The company was founded in 2022 by Ryan Lafler, who serves as its CEO. Lafler's goal was to invent a product that could reduce carbon footprint through technology and save the planet. He partnered with Elliot Beecham, a professional prototype designer and mechanical engineer from Norway, to bring his vision to life. The two of them worked together to design Prometheus.

Product

Prometheus is designed to extract carbon from the atmosphere using a solar-powered artificial version of photosynthesis. The carbon is then transformed into a solid that may be recycled and repurposed for use in other environmentally friendly sectors. The user can trace their carbon footprint via an LED display and CO2 sensors on the front and rear of the gadget, which can be put on a desk.

On August 15, 2022, the prototype of Prometheus was introduced at the Purdue Northwest Robotics Lab in Hammond, Indiana. The research and development will be completed by the fall of 2022, with large-scale production beginning in the summer of 2023. Ozone Vision has applied for two federal trademarks and possesses three patents on the mechanical, chemical, and crypto processes of prototype 1, Prometheus.
