Orange River® is a Candian clothing brand owned by DJG Co. Ltd and operated by KIS Holdings Inc.[1][2] KIS Holdings Inc. was founded in 2007 by Mr. Wei Min Wu and Ms. Ling Lin and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.[3] The company is best known for offering industrial workwear comprising a range of premium stretch workwear, safety footwear, anti-cut gloves and accessories.[4]
Orange River® brand offers innovative, durable, affordable and comfortable products which are CSA, WRAP and CE certified.[5]
History
Mr. Wei Min Wu and Ms. Ling Lin immigrated to Canada in 1999 and worked with a number of textile companies to study the trade. In some time, Mr. Wei Min Wu started importing private label clothing from China to Canada, leveraging their connection in the Chinese textile market and building a stable customer base. This import business flourished, which provided an opportunity to the couple to develop Orange River® in 2007.
Orange River’s parent company is KIS Holdings Inc., which is a Candian wholesale company that has launched a number of brands including Orange River®.
By the year 2020, KIS Holdings Inc. is set to expand its products line with the addition of PPE items, including face masks, paper products like shopping bags, bath tissues, face tissues, and others.
