Oneflow AB is a software development company renowned for its digital contract automation systems.[1] It provides an innovative solution that transforms contract management practices for businesses, enabling organizations to optimize their contract processes by digitalizing the entire contract lifecycle.[2] This eliminates the need for manual, paper-based methods, resulting in reduced administrative burdens and mitigating the risks associated with human errors.[3]
Oneflow's comprehensive features empower companies to handle contracts digitally, covering everything from creation and signing to archiving, all conveniently centralized within the platform.[4][5]
Overview
Established in 2012, Oneflow was founded by the current CEO and founderAnders Hamnes, with Kalle Moodh and Fredrik Rinman as co-founders, with its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.[6] The company specializes in digital contracts and has created a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that empowers businesses across industries to manage their contracts and agreements within a digital environment.[7] Through its real-time digital contract management service, businesses can effectively handle both internal and external agreements.[8]

In November 2017, Oneflow entered into a collaboration with Telia, a prominent telecom company, which resulted in the inclusion of Oneflow in Telia's App market.[11] This partnership enabled Telia to provide Oneflow's contract automation services to its business customers as part of its cloud service offerings.[12]
In April 2022, Oneflow AB announced its share offering and subsequent listing on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.[13][14]
On March 7, 2023, Oneflow introduced an innovative feature called AI Assist, harnessing the advanced capabilities of OpenAI's GPT3.5 Turbo model.[15][16]

Users can create customized templates or choose from pre-made options, tailoring contracts to their specific needs.[17] The platform also offers an AI assistant for generating contract content quickly. Once designed, contracts can be easily shared and accessed on any digital device, ensuring convenience and accessibility.[18]
The collaborative nature of Oneflow facilitates real-time editing and negotiation, eliminating the complexities associated with managing multiple versions.[19] Interactive fields and product tables simplify data input and calculations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.[20] Live notifications keep users informed of contract actions, while comments are securely stored alongside the contract, creating a comprehensive audit trail.[21]
Security is of utmost importance in contract management, and Oneflow provides peace of mind with electronic seals and legally binding signatures.[22] Contracts are protected against unauthorized changes, ensuring the integrity of the agreement.[23] Additionally, the management dashboard serves as a centralized hub for users to effortlessly view and control all their contracts providing a comprehensive overview and detailed insights.[24][25]
