Oliwier Windsor is a Polish priest incardinated into the Polish-Catholic Church in United Kingdom. During the Church Synod on 1 October 2022, he was elected to the office of bishop. After Bishop Andrew Hall relinquished his leadership of the Church due to illness, Windsor became the Primate of the church.[1][2]
