The podcast delves into their personal relationship challenges and how they navigate them using mental health strategies. The podcast aims to help listeners understand the importance of communication and mental health in building strong, healthy relationships.[6]
Dr. Richman is a published author. She released her debut book, The Thriver's Guide to Medical School, in January 2022. The book provides insights into her experiences with failure, resilience, and success, guiding medical students and professionals in navigating their paths.[7]
