Oksana Antipa (born in Odesa, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian logistics and renewable energy expert with over 16 years of international experience in the transport, shipping, and logistics (TSL) sector, as well as in green energy infrastructure and international development.[1] She is known for her strategic leadership in cross-border logistics, oversized cargo transportation, and sustainable infrastructure initiatives supporting Ukraine’s post-war recovery.[2]
Early life and education
Oksana Antipa was born in Odesa, Ukraine, into a family with deep roots in the shipping and maritime logistics industry. Inspired by her father’s professional legacy, she developed a strong interest in transportation, trade, and infrastructure from an early age.
Antipa earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Ukrainian Language and Literature from Mechnikov Odesa National University. Despite her philological academic background, she pursued professional development in international logistics, supply chain management, and renewable energy through specialized training programs in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.
Career
Early Career (2009–2014)
Antipa began her professional journey in 2009 as a freight forwarding specialist at the shipping line CSAV Norasia. Working for mid-sized international freight forwarding firms in Ukraine, she specialized in sea freight operations and Eastern European transport routes. During this period, she gained operational expertise in container shipments, customs regulations, and pricing strategies.
Project Cargo and Logistics Management (2014–2020) (Eimskip)
From 2014 to 2020, Antipa served as a senior logistics manager and project lead, focusing on oversized and out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo such as heavy industrial equipment and construction machinery. She coordinated complex multimodal transport solutions and managed international tenders, often delivering high-value cargo to challenging destinations across Ukraine, Central Asia, and the Caucasus.
Strategic Leadership in Poland (2020–2023) (SYNEX LOGISTICS)
After relocating to Poland, Antipa took on a leadership role within a regional logistics company.[3] As the only woman in a senior management position at the Polish branch, she oversaw strategic negotiations, pricing policy, and international client partnerships, particularly with companies from Germany, the UK, the Czech Republic, and the Baltic states. Her initiatives included streamlining operational efficiency and enhancing onboarding processes.[4]
In Poland, she also built and led the local branch of Synex Logistics as Branch Manager, contributing significantly to its regional expansion and visibility.[5]
Dual-Sector Leadership: Logistics & Renewable Energy (2023–present)(DB Schenker)
In 2023, Antipa expanded her focus to include renewable energy. Since February 2025, she has served as the head of the Ukrainian division of a British energy company, focusing on post-war recovery infrastructure, renewable energy, and international financing through EU and British innovation programs.
Simultaneously, since March 2025, she rejoined the logistics sector as a senior expert in project cargo and business development at a Polish logistics firm Synex Logistics. In this role, she oversees the transportation of non-standard and energy-related cargo and supports critical Ukrainian infrastructure through supply chain and logistics planning.[6]
Antipa is fluent in five languages—Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English, and currently learning Chinese—making her an effective cross-cultural communicator and international project leader.
Public Activity
Antipa has been actively involved in social and charitable initiatives. She was the lead project manager of "БЕЗ Опасности", a social safety project for children launched in Odesa as part of the business school founded by entrepreneur Vladyslav Burda. She has also supported the Ukrainian Church by helping install solar panels and seeking financial assistance for children of families working in the energy sector.
Antipa has contributed thought pieces and articles on logistics, infrastructure development, and post-war recovery strategies. She is also a mentor and speaker in export and logistics communities.[7][8]
