Noelle DeShonna Randall (born May 12, 1980) is an American entrepreneur, real estate investor, business coach, author, and YouTuber. She is known for her educational content on real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and wealth building through online platforms, including YouTube and social media. Randall is also the founder of several businesses focused on real estate investment, business consulting, and entrepreneurship.[1]
Early life and education
Randall was born in Hartford, Connecticut, to a Jamaican immigrant and young parents George and Diane Steir. She was born May 1980, nine months after her parents married in September 1979. She is the middle child of three children, with an older sister and a younger brother.
Randall's parents built their lives from humble beginnings while raising a young family in Hartford. Her mother, Diane, spent 39 years working for the Connecticut Secretary of State's office, steadily advancing within the office before retiring with her pension in 2016. Her father, George, began his career as a chemist but reached a ceiling in his career without a four-year degree. He longed to create greater opportunities and a better life for his family, so he decided to return to school to earn a bachelor's degree. After graduation, he landed a bigger job and became a Chemical Engineer in 1994. Randall witnessed their financial situation improve tremendously and took note. Her parents' perseverance, especially her father's commitment to higher education, instilled a deep appreciation for hard work and lifelong learning.
She attended Bloomfield High School, where she was a notable trackrunner and held several part-time jobs. Although she earned a track scholarship offer from the University of Connecticut, she chose to accept a partial academic scholarship instead. This is a decision she would later call one of her biggest financial regrets. After earning three degrees, a full athletic scholarship would have significantly reduced her large amount of student loan debt.
Randall’s entrepreneurial spirit showed itself early in her life. In just the third grade, she would buy candy in bulk and resell it to classmates on the school bus. She also recalls selling slices of her mother's homemade lemon cake at school and discovering her natural passion for business and commerce.
While in high school, she worked as a receptionist at Manchester Honda. Seeing the income earned by the sales team around her inspired her to become a salesperson herself. One of the first things she did when she turned 18 was apply to work for Liberty Honda as a sales consultant. She kept this job while attending the University of Connecticut full-time. She quickly showed that she not only had a passion for business but had a talent for sales.
In 2001, she left college and moved to Atlanta. After finding that the culture of automotive sales in this city was different from Hartford, she figured this path was not the right fit and transitioned into mortgage underwriting. This move proved to be the beginning of a career that would later shape her success in real estate.
Randall completed her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of Connecticut in 2010 after the birth of her third child. She later earned a Master of Professional Studies in Economic Development from Pennsylvania State University in 2013 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Baylor University in 2017.
Career
Randall began her professional career in the mortgage and banking industry in 2001, after moving to Atlanta and quitting her initial car dealership job. She worked as a mortgage underwriter before holding management positions with financial institutions including Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase. She also worked as a licensed real estate agent and later served as a community director with Movement Mortgage.[2]
Following the financial crisis of 2008, Randall experienced bankruptcy and foreclosure. According to Randall, this financial ruin sent her, her husband, two kids and one on the way back to her parents basement. While in her parents basement she remembered the lesson she learned from her father and went back to finish her bachelor's degree at the University of Connecticut. Simultaneously, she began her transition into entrepreneurship, real estate investing and coaching.[3]
She subsequently established several businesses, including FDR Horizon Enterprises, NRFR Investments, NuuRez Inc., Noelle Randall Management Inc., and Nuu Realty. Her work has focused on real estate investment, business development, mentorship, and online education. She is a licensed Florida Broker, member of the National Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtors Association, and the Click Funnels 2 Comma Club.
Randall operates a YouTube channel and produces educational content covering real estate investing, business ownership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. She has also developed coaching programs and online courses for aspiring investors and entrepreneurs.

Through her work in real estate, investing, education, and business consulting, Noelle Randall has built a multimillion-dollar entrepreneurial portfolio. Since then, she has developed and hosted numerous entrepreneurship and financial education programs, including the Grow Your Wealth Bootcamps and the NuuRez Tours, where she teaches aspiring entrepreneurs and investors practical strategies for building businesses, investing in real estate, creating long-term wealth along with giving in-person tours of her investment properties.
Philanthropy
Randall has a deep passion for children’s literacy and believes wholeheartedly that the children are the future and we should invest in them. She created a non profit organization called the Marley Simms Foundation that is committed to fighting childhood illiteracy by making reading accessible, engaging, and fun for children from all walks of life. She has also written two children's books that are available for purchase on her nonprofit website. Randall has frequently been involved with One Heart for Women and Children, a nonprofit organization that provides services to families experiencing financial hardship.
Personal life
Randall met her husband, Fredrick Randall, in the early 2000s while working in mortgage underwriting. The couple married in 2005 and through their marriage, Randall gained two bonus children. Together, they have five children. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading, traveling, and prioritizing health and wellness, interests that reflect her commitment to personal growth and living a balanced life.
