Naz Schinder J Gulinazaer
Naz Schinder J. Gulinazaer, born in Xinjiang China, is an Indonesian Entrepreneurship in the Law industry who has founded and served as Founding Chair and CEO of the Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center (BIAMC) since 2017-present, Co-Founder and President of the Association for Data Protection Officers (APPDI) since 2020-present, and the Founder of Schinder Law Firm since 2012-present.
Professional Career
In 2012, Naz established Schinder Law Firm, a Jakarta-based law firm, with scope of project within the Indonesia infrastructure, energy fields include electric Power station, Controlled-access highway, bridge projects, and Chemical plant. The firm provides advice on the optimal legal structure of projects, carry out due diligence, take part in negotiations, offer legal analysis and legal opinions, and assist in transactions. Naz has assisted foreign investment companies, institutions, and organizations in investing and entering Indonesian market.
In 2017, Naz founded Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center (BIAMC), Indonesia’s international arbitration and mediation center with co-founders; Professor Dr. Ida Bagus Rahmadi Supancana, Professor Peter Malanczuk, Zhao Yun (lawyer), Dr. Bambang Supriyanto, Professor Abu Bakar Bin Munir, Professor Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, Ahmad Fahmi Shahab, SE, MBL.
In 2020, Naz established Association for Data Protection Officers (APPDI) with Indonesian and foreign experts, professor Dr. Ida Bagus Rahmadi Supancana, Profesor Abu Bakar Munir, and as the coach Profesor Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, S.H., M.H. , with the scope of services provide certification courses and training on Information privacy and IT law for data protection officers.
