Natasha Raquel Kirtchuk (Gutman) is an international journalist, digital content creator, and television news anchor. She currently hosts the news show “Israel Business Beat”, which airs daily on the international TV channel i24NEWS. She formerly was the host and co-creator of the daily international news show “Global Eye” on i24NEW from May 2020 to October 2021.

Journalism

Natasha Kirtchuk took her first steps in journalism as a young child. In 2000, Kirtchuk began working as a reporter for Children’s Pressline, a now defunct youth journalism[1] network. Starting at just nine years old[2], her written and broadcast work for the network was featured in the New York Daily News,[3] The Boston Globe|Boston Globe, Teen Kids, , PBS Online News Hour, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Amsterdam News, Weekly Reader, and the Metro.

In 2013, Kirtchuk worked at FOX5 in New York City in the Creative Innovative Unit. In 2014, Kirtchuk produced at WRAL, a CBS and FOX affiliate in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Kirtchuk served as the Chief of Content and Lead Anchor at ILTV, an Israeli news network that she helped build from scratch in 2015. During her time at the station, she interviewed major world leaders, including then Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, and current Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

She also hosted a daily travel segment on ReshetTV’s hit show ‘Soger Inyan’ with Shai Golden, and hosted digital segments on Walla! News.

In May 2020, Kirtchuk joined i24NEWS as a news anchor and presenter. She formerly was the host and co-creator of the daily international news show “Global Eye” on i24NEWs from May 2020 to October 2021. She currently hosts the news show “Israel Business Beat”, which airs daily. Kirtchuk has been recognized[5] for her strong stance against anti-semitism. In 2020, she was recognized on the Global Jewish[6] 100 list.

Kirtchuk does field reporting for major international sporting events on the Israeli Sports Channel, Sport5, where she has interviewed athletic stars like Ronaldinho, Ricardo Kaka, Carlos Alberto Parreira and Luis Suárez.

Apart from anchoring, Kirtchuk is an avid field reporter, with a focus on human interest stories, social welfare, innovation, and groundbreaking industries and startups. She has been recognized for her coverage of the |Israel Palestinian Conflict, sex work industry in Israel, cannabis, domestic abuse, pet cloning, robotic chefs , women's safety, microchips, foster families, and animal rights. She is active in posting to her Instagram Page and Facebook Page.

Early Life

Kirtchuk is American, Argentinian, and Israeli. Her father hails from Argentina and Israel, and her mother hails from the U.S. She was raised Jewish. Her family moved around extensively throughout her childhood. She has lived in the U.S, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, China, India, and Israel.

Kirtchuk was primarily raised in New York City, and went to part of high school in Cordoba, Argentina. She lived in Israel after graduating high school, before she moved to Durham, North Carolina to attend Duke University in 2014. At Duke University, she majored in Public Policy and Political Science, with a certificate in Markets and Management.

In 2018, Kirtchuk’s family received international coverage for their link to Anne Frank.[7]
