NBR Group is a real estate development company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.[1] Established in 1998, the company has built residential projects across South India, including plotted developments, apartments, mid-segment homes, and luxury gated communities.[2] In recent years, it has repositioned itself toward high-rise and premium housing developments.[3][4]
History & Background
NBR Group was founded in 1998 in Bengaluru by brothers Nagabhushan Reddy, who serves as the Managing Director and CEO, and Aswath Narayana Reddy, the company's Chairman. The company initially focused on plotted developments and mid-segment residential projects around Bengaluru, emphasizing legally compliant land developments in emerging residential corridors. Over time, NBR Group expanded into gated communities, apartment developments, and premium residential projects across South India.[5][6]
In 2024, the company acquired a 9.65-acre land parcel in Bengaluru's Sarjapur Road–Mullur corridor for the development of a high-rise residential project spanning nearly 900,000 square feet, with an estimated gross development value of approximately ₹1,200 crore. The acquisition marked one of the company's largest premium residential investments and reflected its strategic transition toward luxury vertical developments.[7]
Later in 2024, NBR Group introduced a new corporate identity with the tagline "Elevate to Extraordinary." The rebranding represented a shift toward premium and luxury housing, focusing on sustainable design, integrated communities, and modern architectural practices.[8][9]
In 2025, Dhanush Reddy joined the company's leadership as Executive Director, representing the next generation of management and overseeing operational planning, project execution, and future expansion initiatives.[10][11]
Operations
NBR Group develops residential plots, gated communities, apartments, and luxury high-rise developments across Bengaluru, Hosur, Chikkaballapur, and Bagalur. According to the company, it has delivered more than 12 million square feet of residential developments and served over 7,000 customers since its establishment.
The company states that its projects comply with Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations and employ MIVAN aluminium formwork together with monolithic shear-wall construction technology to improve structural durability, construction efficiency, and seismic resistance in its premium residential developments.
Projects
Soul of the Seasons
Launched in 2024, Soul of the Seasons is NBR Group's flagship high-rise residential development located along the Sarjapur Road–Gunjur corridor in Bengaluru. The project spans approximately 9.65 acres and comprises four residential towers with 594 apartments in a 2B+G+26-floor configuration. About 88% of the project area is dedicated to landscaped open spaces and recreational zones.[12][13]
The development incorporates the five classical natural elements—Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth—into its master planning under the GAIA design philosophy. The project includes premium three-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 1,446 to 1,826 square feet, featuring smart-home readiness, digital locking systems, and a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse with wellness, recreational, and community facilities.[14][15][16]

In addition to Soul of the Seasons, NBR Group has developed several plotted residential communities across Karnataka, including:
- NBR Green Valley – an approximately 80-acre plotted development along the Hosur–Bagalur Road with over 1,200 residential plots.
- NBR Meadows – a 35-acre residential plotted community on Hosur Alasanathan Road comprising more than 650 plots.
- NBR Golden Valley – a 23-acre plotted development near Bagalur with over 300 residential plots.
- NBR Trifecta – a 60-acre integrated plotted community located along the Sarjapur–Bagalur corridor.
- NBR Orange County – a 17-acre residential layout near Tummanapalli featuring over 270 plots.
