Mustafa Yasin Sheikh is a Somali civil servant , currently serving as the General Manager of the National Communications Authority of Somalia, a position he has held since November 2022.
Career
In November 2022, he was appointed[1] as the General Manager at the National Communications Authority of Somalia.(NCA), ICT (Information, and Communications Technology) and e-commerce.[2]
On December 5 2022, NCA General Manager Mustafa and the Somali telecommunication companies signed an interconnection agreement, allowing customers of the various telecom operators in the country to call each other across different networks.[3][4]
A total of six Somalian operators completed interconnection between their respective networks as per the signed agreement[5][6]
