Mohsin Raza (محسن رضا) is a veteran music director on Pakistan.[1] Born in 1956[2][3], Raza has received Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in year 2006, Pride of Performance in 2011 and Sitara-i-Imtiaz in 2017 for his contributions to Pakistani music industry. He has composed music for and conducted more than 500 programmes for PTV and Radio Pakistan.

Career

Mohsin Raza started his music career as a music composer in 1971.[4] He has worked with EMI (Pakistan) from 1973 to 1995 and with BBC for two years (1984–1985).
