Mohammed Abdul Rahman Abu Al-Naja Abu Al-Wafa. is a Egyptian bodybuilding athlete who was the first to win the gold medal in the bodybuilding championship of Dubai 2015, he then participated in many activities and international sports competitions and won many awards in the name of Egypt until he was known as a mediator in the field of sports. When he started training, he became one of the most famous bodybuilding personal trainers in the Arab world and he was the first Egyptian trainer to be nominated "Celebrity Trainer" from Washwasha
Life and career
He was born in Cairo and graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Azhar University in 2006. He was great sportive since he was twelve years old and participated in many activities and international sports competitions, including the bodybuilding championship in Dubai in 2015 and he was the first Egyptian champion to receive the gold medal In this tournament, he was also one of the first champions of the International fitness and bodybuilding association in the Arab world, he won many awards in the name of Egypt until he became very famous in the field of training. He obtained many certificates and degrees in the field of sports and sports training, and finally he got a special award In the field of sports from "Washwasha" in 2019 and he was nominated the "Celebrity Trainer" , he is the first to win this award in the whole Arab world which made him the most famous sports's trainer in Egypt.
He started an intermediate in the field of sports training with the star Ahmed El Sakka , when he was able to help him reach his goal of the required shape in a very short period of time. Afterwords, he contributed in helping many other stars in reaching their sports' goal in a very limited amount of time. The most famous of which are the star Yasser Jalal, Ghada Adel, the star Ahmed Al-Saadani,Ahmed Mekky, Mohamed Emam,Rania Youssef, Houria Farghali.
