Biography

Mohammad Dawod Nabeel, son of Sakhi Dad and Bibi Aisha, born in 1973. Parwan as a main residence, for the current residence Kabul, Afghanistan, but he currently lives in France.[3]

He completed his higher education in Kabul up to the master's level.[3]

Mohammad Dawod Nabeel established the Faculty of Journalism for the first time in Al-Beroni University[4] in 2013, and is known as the first founder of the Faculty of Journalism at Al-Beroni University, although the contribution of the students of the Faculty of Journalism at that time should not be overlooked.

He has numerous works in the field of journalism and communication sciences and media policies of Afghanistan, both in the form of books and in the form of scientific and research articles, and has been published in national and international scientific journals[4]

For the first time in Afghanistan, He spoke about (Media Literacy), and conducted the first research in Afghanistan about media literacy under the title (Investigating The Media Literacy in Afghanistan),and in this research the necessity of media literacy and the policy in Afghanistan is written, which later, due to the necessity of media literacy in Afghanistan, included it in the journalism studies curriculum of Al-Beroni University and compiled a textbook called "Media literacy|Media Literacy in Afghanistan", which is still taught in the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Beroni University.[2]
