Mohamed Almas Harib Al Falahi (born on 27th July 1975) an Emirati Entrepreneur and a renowned professional in the United Arab Emirates’ real estate sector, has been extensively contributing to the art, culture, and literary domains of the nation. He has been also active in the humanitarian space and has written a lot of knowledge-based articles, encouraging the generation to help people in need during the difficult times of the widespread COVID-19 pandemic.

Early life

Mohammed was born into a middle-class family in the Al Shindagha neighborhood of Dubai, UAE, which was once home to the bulk of the country's local Emiratis. In the early 1980s, he moved to Al Riffa, a bustling neighborhood known for its fraternity, peace, and harmony, as well as its commerce and economic operations. In the later years of the 1980s, Mohammed along with his parents & family moved to the Al Safa area in Dubai where he settled for almost 20 years. Mohammed completed his higher secondary education in 1993 and then further joined Al Ghurair University in 2007, from where he graduated in Computer Sciences. After losing his father in 2010, he pursued his father’s dream to ensure a peaceful living for his family.

Early Career

Mohammed began by undertaking his first job in Port Rashid in 1993, in the sea freight & logistics sector as a Trainee Supervisor in the General Cargo Division at the Dubai Ports World[1](popularly known as DP World). This gave him ultimate exposure to the global business world. He also attended various forums and events of international repute, esp. about logistics and seaports. He gained many accolades & recognitions during his tenure in the DP world.

Establishing Royal Liwan Real Estate

Mohammed was already passionate about the property market and it got fueled when he purchased his first property, an off-plan studio apartment in 2007. By the year 2013, when the Expo 2020 was announced in Dubai, Mohammed completed research about the sector and was amused by the number of opportunities that the real estate brokerage business could fetch him. He then gathered a small team and began. Now, Royal Liwan is one of the leading business ventures worldwide benefiting its owners, employees, buyers, and stakeholders.
