He continued his studies at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater to complete his Master's degree in piano performance. From 2013 - 2015 he completed another master’s degree in piano accompaniment and chamber music.

He has deepened his knowledge at the prestigious Sibelius Academy for two years studying piano performance, chamber music, and orchestral conducting. In 2019 Mindaugas also completed his music pedagogy studies at the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

From 2011 to 2012, Mindaugas was the artistic director of the International Tallinn JazzOn Festival in Estonia, an open-air jazz festival that he co-founded.[10][11]

In addition to this, Neverovas is an experienced rehearsal pianist for choirs and has performed with the renowned Suomalainen Kamarikuoro. Together with his colleague Johannes Teppo, he established the piano-cello duo Duo Baltica in 2016.[12]
