Mihailo Barlovac (Barlovo, Kosanički srez, 17 July 1822 - Belgrade, 18 August 1891) was a Serbian merchant and politician. During the reign of Prince Aleksandar Karađorđević, he was the head of the Council.

He was a member of Belgrade at the Saint Andrew's Day Assembly and its president, elected with the largest number of votes. At the session of the assembly on 10 December 1858, he proposed the removal of Aleksandar Karađorđević.[1][2]

Afterward, he became the manager of the court of Prince Miloš Obrenović and his adjutant. In the period from 6 March 1861 to 21 August 1868,[3]he was the Mayor of Belgrade until his retirement.

He was married to Marija. They had two sons and a daughter. Đorđe (1854-1916) was a lieutenant and consul general in Budapest, and Radovan was a merchant married to Jelena Karabiberović, and daughter Perka was married to Milan Bogićević.
