Mido Elgold (born August 8, 1988), also known as the "Golden Wolf," is an Egyptian bodybuilder, fitness coach, model, and entrepreneur.[1][2] With 15 years of experience under his belt, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with those looking to improve their health and well-being.[3]
Elgold is the founder of Golden Wolf Supplements, one of the leading providers of bodybuilding and fitness supplements. He is known for his body and personality and has modeled for magazines like Men's Health Mexico, GQ Mexico, and Cosmopolitan Mexico, among others.[4]
Over the years, Elgold has established himself as one of the most sought-after fitness coaches and bodybuilders in the industry, having trained several trainers and celebrities and being credited with various awards and recognitions, including the MuscleMania Pro Latin America.
Career
Elgold was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt. Since a young age, he has been interested in sports and was often involved in cross-fitness and kong-fu. He began weight training 15 years ago as a means to gain weight and size to help with his performance on the field during his high school years. He soon found himself drawn to bodybuilding and decided to enter a local bodybuilding competition, which he won as a novice and teenager. This sparked his passion for competing, and he went on to travel all over the world, winning countless shows and over 24 trophies over his 7 years of competing, including MuscleMania Pro Latin America, men's physique, and Sport Model.[5]
Along with his success in bodybuilding, Mido Elgold has also made a name for himself in the modeling industry. He has been featured in various magazines, such as GQ Mexico, Men's Health Mexico, Cosmopolitan Mexico, and more.
Elgold now works as a personal coach, helping people with their fitness goals. He offers muscle building, weight loss, and other fitness lessons and training programs. Through his Instagram page, "@Goldmidofit," and his website, midoelgold.com, he shares tips on training plans and diets that have gained him immense recognition and notoriety. He has a passion for educating and inspiring people of all ages to reach their fitness goals and offers personalized meal plans, training styles, supplement guides, and gym programs tailored to his client's needs.
In addition to his success in bodybuilding, modeling, and coaching, Mido Elgold has also established Golden Wolf Supplements. The company offers fitness supplements that can speed up the fitness process, enabling people to achieve their goals faster.
Personal life
Elgold's personal life is centered around his family and fitness. He has a close relationship with his family and is committed to Sandra Amigon. Amigon is an IFBB PRO professional athlete, and the couple frequently post pictures of themselves together on their social handles. They appear to support each other's fitness journeys, with Elgold often sharing pictures of Sandra competing in bodybuilding competitions. Mido, was born into a family of ambitious individuals. His sister, Angham, is an engineer, while his brother, Asser, is also an engineer. Another brother, Ashraf, is a student, and the youngest brother, Josef, is also a student.[6]
