Within a year, Stein overcame his stutter and showed exemplary progress, and returned to a regular school. When Stein was 16 years old, he became a fitness trainer. This was a result of him being highly inspired by the film Rocky. During his senior year at High School, Stein became the founder and president of The Centaurs, a renowned social group.

A year later, Stein produced one of the largest movie promotion events ever at that point for the 1989 movie “Batman”, where he worked closely with Guber Peters Productions, Warner Bros., and Rob Friedman.

When Stein was 25 years old, he quit his nightclub promotion business to focus full time on acting and filmmaking. He began working as a production assistant on feature films, commercials, and music videos.
