Mary Idele Alile (born January 4, 1976)[1] is a Nigerian politician who is the current National Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress[2]. She was a national delegate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 Presidential election.

Background and Education

Mary idele Alile hails from Orhionmwon[3], indigene of Edo State (South-South) Geopolitical Zone of Nigeria. She completed her secondary education at Baptist High School and obtained her first degree in social science from the Malmö University in 2006.

In 2010, she attended Birmingham Metropolitan College to obtain a Level 4 degree in Leadership and Management in Care Services and was completed in 2012.

She then proceeded to obtain a Diploma in Biblical studies from Middlesex University (2014).

In other to gain more knowledge about the bible as a pastor in Redeemed Christian Church of God, Mary idele Alile furthered her education and obtained MA in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University, USA between 2014-2016.

In 2021, Dr. Mary Idele Alile completed her PhD in Philosophy from Louisiana Baptist University.

Career

In 2007, Mary Idele Alile, worked as a Staff Continuous Performance Trainer with Malmo Kommune (Malmö City Council, Sweden) responsible for driving performance improvements and managing delivery with staff.

In December 2009 Mary Idele Alile proceeded to work with Trident Reach, Birmingham, as Team Manager (Refugee Services).

In 2010, Mary Idele Alile, worked as a Community Development Worker (Ethnic Minority) with the End of Life Care Service registered with (National Health Service) in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK

In 2013, she was the Manager of Living Glory Social Care LTD[4], Birmingham, UK after it was established with her spouse Dr. Pius Alile, providing domiciliary care services to adults and children in the community.

Dr. Mary, established Sister to Sister Worldwide (International NGO) in 2015[5] Operating across multiple countries such as USA, UK, Ukraine, Sweden, Canada, Australia, Ghana, Tanzania, Germany, supporting women and child with the help of her colleagues and team.[6]

In 2017, Mary Idele Alile, established JENAS Montessori International School[7] which is located in two campuses Macum Smith Centre and Rosa Park Centre in Edo State Nigeria.
