Maruf Anowar (born 25 October 2004) is a cricketer who plays for Roma Capannelle Cricket Club in Italy.[1] He was born in Dhaka, Maruf Anowar is a right hand batsman who also bowls right fast. He was named Young Player of the Year 2018 for Roma Capannelle Cricket Club [2]
He was named in Roma Capannelle Cricket Club's squad for the 2020 European Cricket Series Rome.[3][4][5] He played in Roma Capannelle Cricket Club's 3rd, 4th fixture, against Rome Bangla[6][7][8] and Asian Latina CC[9][10][11], on 4 September 2020.
In 2019, he founded Italian Cricket TV, an online video channel for supporting and growing cricket in Italy.[12][13][14]
