Maharani Jaiwanta Bai

Maharani Jaiwanta Bai was born in Songara family Of Jalore district. Jaiwanta was the first wife of Udai Singh II.[1][2] She advised Udai singh on Political matters.[3] She was the mother of Maharana Pratap. [4] An great Lord Krishna devotee, he mentions and inspires young Pratap by narrating the folklore of valor and honor, which help shape his fate as a future leader and protector of his people.[5] She is described as lady of Intelligence, spirituality, dignity and pride.
