Maasthi Upparahalli (born 21st January) is an Indian Dialoguewriter, screenwriter, and actor best known for his work in Kannada cinema. [1] He started his writing career from Suntaragaali movie. [2] He worked as an co Writer for Tushar Ranganath, Duniya Soori and Yogaraj Bhat also he has done with a cameo appearance in Devru. [3]

Career

Maasthi started his career by working as writer in 2006 for the movie suntaragaali Tushar Ranganath and Duniya Soori was working as co director for it which was directed by Sadhu Kokila. [4] [5] Later he penned story for Ball Pen (film)| Ball Pen later in 2017 he started to write dialogues for Duniya Soori's kaddipudi movie which gave good fame. [6] [7] Also worked as co writer for Panchatantra directed by Yogaraj Bhat. [8] [9]

Early life

Masthi was born on 21st January to Saraswathi and Chinnappa in Kamta Upparahalli Village, Karnataka. [10][11]. He studied bachelor of Law graduate due to his passion towards cinema he entered the film industry in 2006. [12] [13]
