Leong Guan Holdings Limited (SGX: LGH) is a Singapore-based food manufacturing and distribution holding company.[2] It is primarily involved in the production of fresh noodles and soy-based beancurd products, which are sold under its proprietary brand LG Foods (stylised as lg Foods). [3] The company also trades and distributes a range of third-party food products to commercial and retail customers both in Singapore and internationally. [4][5][6]
Founded in 1996[7], the company was listed on the SGX Catalist Board on 11 December 2025, becoming the only publicly listed Singapore-based manufacturer of fresh noodles and soy-based beancurd products as of that date.[8][9]
History
Leong Guan was founded in 1996 as a fresh noodle supplier.[7] On 28 September 2003, Leong Guan Food Trading Pte Ltd was incorporated, operating initially as a general food distributor focused on fresh noodles and related fresh food products. [9][10] Leong Guan Food Manufacturer Pte Ltd was later incorporated on 11 April 2005 to consolidate its food processing business. In 2006, it commissioned its food manufacturing facility. [7][11]
In 2017, Leong Guan Food Manufacturer Pte Ltd was one of the ten Singapore-based food manufacturing companies under the Healthier Ingredient Development Scheme (HIDS), to include healthier staple foods in their product portfolios with subsidy grants from the Health Promotion Board.[12][13]
On 11 December 2025, Leong Guan Holdings Limited debuted on the SGX Catalist Board following a full placement of approximately 20.7 million shares at S$0.23 per share.[8][14]
Operations=
Leong Guan Holdings produces preservative-free pasteurized noodles — including Hokkien mee, mee pok, rice noodles, ramen — and soy-based products such as tofu and taukwa (firm bean curd). These are sold under the company's lg Foods brand. [15] Its primary manufacturing facility is located in Woodlands, Singapore, with additional facilities including a rice mill in Kepala Batas, Penang.[16][17] The company’s products are distributed in Singapore and exported to markets including Southeast Asia, Israel, New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
In addition to its own label, the company provides contract manufacturing (OEM) for third-party noodle and soy-based products. It also serves as a distributor for external local brands. [4][5]
The group’s distribution network covers approximately 2,000 customers across domestic and international markets. These include stakeholders in the hospitality, food service, and institutional sectors, such as hotels, restaurants, hawker centers, schools, and hospitals.[18]
Following its initial public offering, the company stated aims to expand its presence across Asia, Australia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. It also plans to broaden its product range to include ready-to-eat meals and specialized foods for health requirements, such as reduced-carbohydrate and low glycaemic index options. [18]

In 2017, Leong Guan was among ten food manufacturers awarded a portion of S$5 million in grants by the Health Promotion Board under the Healthier Ingredient Development Scheme (HIDS). The initiative was a component of Singapore's national "War on Diabetes", which sought to increase the availability of whole-grain staple foods. [19][20][21] Through this scheme, the company developed variants of kway teow and yellow noodles containing 10 to 20 percent of brown rice and wholegrain content. [13] At the launch of the scheme, these healthier alternatives accounted for less than 5% of the company's total sales, though production reached approximately 5,000 daily servings for the domestic market. [12]
