Laurence Weinzimmer is a business advisor in organizational strategy and leadership.[1] He is an American writer on books regarding business management, an advisor to Fortune 100 companies,[2] and a Caterpillar Inc. Professor of Management at Bradley University.[1] [3] He is best known as the author of Wisdom of Failure which has appeared on Forbes 12 Books Every Business Person Must Read. [4]

In addition to The Wisdom of Failure: How to Learn the Tough Leadership Lessons Without Paying the Price (2012), [5] he has written Strategic Planning Made Easy (2005), [6] Fast Growth: How to Attain It, how to Sustain it (2001),[7] and Strategic Planning for New and Emerging Businesses: A Consulting Approach (1999).[8] The Wisdom of Failure was ranked #1 on the Barnes & Noble Top 100 Best Sellers List.[9] Additionally, The Wall Street Journal ranked it #3 on their Best Sellers List.[10]
