Roch (born December 19, 1985) is a French author, public speaker, university lecturer, and engineering physicist.[1][2] She is a modern-day polymath who identifies as a humanist and loves literature and philosophy. Her diverse career path includes working as an army soldier, airline cabin crew member, and senior executive (engineering) in the energy sector.[3]
Roch is a bestselling author, with her most notable works being Light Up Your Worth, La Vie d'Ici - 11:33, and Lala's Poems - 365 Days.[4] Her writing style often features a philosophical tendency that addresses spirituality in a modern way, speaking to a new generation.
