Lai Yuen Chiang Justice of the Peace (Born in 1966), is a Hong Kong Industrialist, the incumbent Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chen Hsong Holdings Limited .

Background

As successor to Dr. Chiang Chen, one of Hong Kong’s leading industrialists, Chen Hsong Group recent torch-bearer Chairman Lai Yuen Chiang follows her father’s footsteps and his guiding principles of “Excellence, Persistence and Perseverance” to ensure that the over-half-century-old company continues to lead in the new era. Through this pursuit, she led the injection-molding machines maker into relentless product development and technology innovations, adding new-age intelligence to otherwise-old-fashioned industrial equipment.

Lai Yuen Chiang joined Chen Hsong in 1988 and was appointed the Chairman of board in April 2018. Chiang is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Group responsible for the management and business development.Chiang holds a bachelor degree of Arts from Wellesley College, USA and has extensive experience in production management, sales and marketing.

Chen Hsong’s involvements with personnel development actually went far back to Lai Yuen Chiang’s father Dr. Chiang Chen, who, in 1990, donated all his shares in Chen Hsong (then valuated at more than HK$800 million) to create the Chiang Chen Industrial Charity Foundation, with a charter to train and development industrial and technical personnel.

Chiang, now a board member of the Chiang Chen Industrial Charity Foundation, firmly believes in “giving back” to the society by contributing towards the Greater Bay Area manufacturing industry. The Charity Foundation continuously runs training and educational programs with the view of developing new generations of talents in this arena.
