LNC Accelerator is an American consultancy established to assist registered nurses in transitioning to legal nurse consulting.[1] It was founded in 2020 by former nurse Stephaney Edwards.[2] The program provides a structured pathway for nurses to leverage their clinical expertise in the legal field and establish their own consulting businesses.[3][4][5]

History

Stephaney Edwards, a former nurse with over 13 years of healthcare experience, founded LNC Accelerator in 2020.[6] The idea emerged from her personal need for mentorship in the field after participating in a deposition within six months into her nursing career.[7] The need for mentorship during her transition into this field inspired her to create LNC Accelerator.[8] LNC Accelerator has since grown significantly, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has since helped over 150 nurses establish successful legal nurse consulting businesses and achieve substantial income levels.[9][10]
