Lý Quí Trung (born 1966 in Saigon) is an entrepreneur, speaker, visiting university lecturer, painter and writer. He is a founding member of Nam An Group, which specializes in the high-end food field, including the Pho 24 chain of stores [1] with more than 70 stores in Vietnam and abroad. Other prominent culinary brands include Nam An Restaurant, Maxim's Nam An Restaurant, Tan Nam Restaurant, An Restaurant, An Vien Restaurant, Gloria Jean's Coffees coffee chain, Breadtalk bakery chain... He is considered as "one of the people who laid the foundation for franchising in Vietnam, pioneering in the internationalization of pho - a traditional Vietnamese dish - through the Pho 24 brand"[2]
