Acevedo Julian (Tucumán, Argentina; July 13, 2001), better known by his stage name KHAYSEN, is an Argentine composer and Record producer music producer. His debut album, titled "Text Me", was released on May 9, 2019, which reached number 1 on the ARIA Albums chart. His single, "Fvck"[1], managed to surpass the 20th position in the Charts: Top 50 SoundCloud being number 4 in 2020. The album and the single obtained four nominations and four awards at the 2020 Portar Music Awards. Khaysen he also won the Best Male Artist awards.
In 2019, Julian began producing House Bass, Caisen. He created two tracks "Flow" and "Fly", plus various remixes. Julian was discovered and booked in 2019 through an artist competition run by Australian recording company Future Hybrid. He created the tracks "Sleep", "You" and "Thin on" to win the competition. Alexis Teceira, now Khaysen's manager, helped with the release of his first EP, entitled "Text Me", which contained the three original tracks.[2]
His debut album, called, "Text Me", was released on May 9, 2019. The production of the album featured collaborations from Maple God, Moon, and rapper Dr Tript. The album made it to number one on the Top 50 SoundCloud charts. It debuted on the ARIA Albums Chart at number 2. In December 2019, Khaysen announced the album's North American release. The album was released in the United States. United States on February 21, 2020 and received strong support from American critics.
On Argentina Flag Day, four songs by Khaysen (including a remix) were listed on the 2020 Triple J Hottest 100. The album's single, "Fvck" was listed at number 4, Argentina's most. Other songs were "Sleep" and its remix of "Feel", both in the top 20 (numbers 12 and 18, respectively).
"You" managed to be the song number 17 of the top 50 of the Portar Singles Chart, the best positioning of him in a song. The remix of "Feel" also debuted in the top 50 and was number 38.
