Khadat is a small village of 487 hectares in Abu Road Tehsil in Sirohi district, known as Rajasthani hill station of Mount Abu in Aravalli range in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khadat depends on ABU ROAD, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 108.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khadat is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khadat's pin code is 307026[4], and village code is 02373600. The area of Khadat is segregated as 140.98 hectares irrigated area, 64 hectares unirrigated, the 81 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 88 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of ABU ROAD and Sirohi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
