Kenneth Jenkins (born May 26, 1961) is the Deputy Westchester County Executive.[1][2] Jenkins ran for County Executive in 2017[3] but lost in the Democratic Primary to George Latimer (Westchester County Executive). Jenkins was appointed Deputy County Executive in 2018, he is a Democrat. Before being elected as Deputy Westchester County Executive, he served on the Westchester County Board of Legislators from 2007 - 2014 and as Chairman from 2010 - 2014.
