Kenneth Jenkins (born May 26, 1961) is the Deputy Westchester County Executive. Jenkins ran for County Executive in 2017 but lost in the Democratic Primary to George Latimer (Westchester County Executive). Jenkins was appointed Deputy County Executive in 2018, he is a Democrat. Before being elected as Deputy Westchester County Executive, he served on the Westchester County Board of Legislators from 2007 - 2014 and as Chairman from 2010 - 2014.
