Kenneth "Ken" McElroy (born September 4, 1961) is an American real estate entrepreneur[2], author,[3] Podcast host[4] and YouTube personality[5]. McElroy is the Founder and CEO of MC Companies,[6] a national multifamily investment company based out of Scottsdale, Arizona and the founder of the mastermind group The Collective Advisors[7].

Professional Life

Ken McElroy is an author and businessman known for his books on real estate investing. McElroy is considered an expert in the real estate industry and his books provide insights and strategies for both beginners and experienced investors. His works often focus on topics such as property management, cash flow analysis, and identifying investment opportunities. McElroy, being a real estate investor uses his YouTube[8] and Podcast channels[9] [10] to educate and discuss numerous topics connected to real estate [11] investing, personal finance, budgeting, the entrepreneur mindset [12][13][14]. McElroy has created 268 episodes [15] of real estate strategies related podcasts listed on Podbay[16][17], Spotify[18] and Apple[19][20]. McElroy is best known for his Real Estate Advisor[21][22][23] role to best-selling author, Robert Kiyosaki's [24][25]. McElroy is a regular contributor to JetSet Magazine.[26]

He founded MC Companies in 2001 with business partner, Ross McCallister [27]. The company operates in three states, Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma [28]. McElroy founded the philanthropy organization, Sharing the Good Life Foundation which supports organizations such as The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and has been named several times as the National Corporate Champion for CFF. Together with his business partner, Ross McCallister[29] and his wife, and co-owner, Patty McCallister[30] [31] they were honored with the award 2019, 4th annual Round-Up for a Cure[32] event.

Before founding MC Companies,.[33] McElroy had several successful businesses within the multifamily property management business. He has conducted over 2 billion in real estate deals[34] while operating as the CEO of MC Companies[35]

Early Life and Family

McElroy was born Kenneth Barton McElroy in Everette, Washington, on Septermber 4, 1961[36]. McElroy is married to Danille McElroy[37], who co-hosts[38] his Podcast[9] and YouTube Channel[5]. McErloy is listed in the 25th Annual NAIA National Wrestling Championships scholarship[39]. McElroy started in real estate as a property manager right after graduating college.[39]
