History
Keenland was established in 2017 by Bui Trung Kien with the aim to revolutionize the construction industry in Vietnam. Keenland was formerly known as the Keenland Company, which later transformed into a joint-stock company that focuses on property development and investment.[3]
Within three years of its inception, Keenland established itself as an industry giant and has worked on several high-end projects including, apartments, villas, townhouses, commercial centers located at strategic locations in Ho Chi Minh City.
The company also runs an online real estate information website keenland.com.vn that comprises relevant information regarding all the projects by Keenland. The idea behind this website was to keep the clients informed about the various aspects of the ongoing projects and help them choose their desirable property.[4]
