Jason Zuccari (born September 20, 1987) is an American businessman, entrepreneur, philanthropist, investor, and contributing writer. He is currently the Vice President of External Relations for Hamilton Insurance Agency (HIA), a nationally licensed full-service brokerage that offers various services including commercial lines, employee benefits, and risk management consulting.

Zuccari is involved in the family office venture fund, which has invested in numerous innovative companies. He also founded BeneBee, a health insurance app that helps users navigate healthcare options and manage their plans. In addition, Zuccari serves on the National Investment Centers (NIC) Future Leaders Council.[1]

Zuccari is known for his philanthropic work and is involved in many charitable causes. He was appointed to the board of the Virginia Department for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in November of 2016 by then Governor Terry McAuliffe. In the fall of 2022, Zuccari was also appointed to the board of Hilarity For Charity (HFC), a nonprofit organization founded by actor/comedian Seth Rogen and his wife Lauren Miller Rogen that is dedicated to families impacted by Alzheimer's and brain health research. Zuccari's philanthropic work has been recognized by DC Luxury Magazine and Washington Life Magazine as one of Washington D.C.'s most influential individuals under 40.[2]

Early life and education

Jason Zuccari was born September 20th, 1987 in Alexandria, Virginia. Zuccari is the son of Alan Zuccari, the founder and CEO of Hamilton Insurance. Zuccari grew up in Mclean, Virginia with his brother and sister.[4]

Zuccari graduated from West Virginia University in 2010, where he was elected the Student Body President and served as a member of the University Board of Governors 2009-2010

Career

Upon graduating from West Virginia University in 2010, Zuccari began his career at Hamilton Insurance Agency (HIA), where he has since worked his way up to the position of Vice President of External Relations.[5] HIA is a nationally licensed full-service brokerage offering commercial lines, employee benefits, COBRA administration, workers’ compensation, risk management consulting, and online administrative solutions. Zuccari is also involved in the family office venture fund where they have invested in many innovative companies.[6]

Zuccari founded the health insurance app BeneBee, which helps users navigate healthcare options and manage their plans. As a leader in the industry, Zuccari serves on the National Investment Centers (NIC) Future Leaders Council.[7]
