Jason Hogg (born 1971) is a former FBI agent, American businessman, and son of retired FBI agent and MasterCard International CEO Russell Hogg.[1] Hogg was an undercover FBI special operations agent based in New York City from 1998 to 2000. He was the founder, President, and CEO of Revolution Money, a payments company that he originally founded as Gratis in 2005 and was purchased by American Express in 2009 for $300 million.[1][2][3][4] Hogg had created an anti-theft prepaid debit card that was the basis for AmEx's Serve card after the acquisition.[3]

Hogg was Vice-President and Chief Business Development Officer at MBNA Corp. and co-founded MBNA Canada, where he worked until 1998.[2][5] He was Chief Operating Officer at Medsite from 2002 to 2005.[5] After Revolution Money was purchased by AmEx, Hogg became President of American Express Enterprise Growth from 2009 until 2014.[6] He was CEO at B2R Finance L.P., a subsidiary of the private equity firm Blackstone, from 2014 to 2016.[6] From 2016 to 2017 he was a Senior Advisor and CEO Partner at Tritium Partners until he joined Aon plc as head of the Aon Cyber Solutions department, including as CEO of Stroz Friedberg in New York City.[7][6] In 2020, Hogg became Executive Vice-President at Rent-A-Center’s Preferred Dynamix division and then became Executive Vice-President at Acima when it was purchased by Rent-A-Center[8][9] and combined with Preferred Dynamix.[9]

Hogg graduated from Colby College in 1993[5] and with a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2002.[6] He has also been a Senior Lecturer at the Johnson Graduate School of Management since 2009.[5]
