Jang Chang Ha (lang-ko|장창하) is a North Korean general and a politician.
Little is known about Jang Chang Ha's birthplace, birthdate, and age.
He is currently serving as Head of the Missile General Bureau which oversees nuclear tests by the DPRK.
Jang is a double Hero of the Republic and Hero of Labor, He was awarded Hero of the Republic after the success test fire of Hwasong-17, where the 1st Red Flag Hero Company and a missile truck was awarded Hero of the Republic.[1]
Jang Chang-ha is a North Korean politician and soldier who is at the forefront of North Korea's missile development at the Academy of Defense Science.
According to British Treasury information, he was born on January 10, 1964.
